.) You take the good, you take the bad, you take ‘em both and then you have… a false dichotomy… a false dichotomy…

.) If journalists had the guts to risk their access by calling out these bastards on their bad-faith arguments, none of this horror would’ve gone down.

.) The best way to describe this early D&D book we found in a thrift store is the line “The term ‘surprise’ is basically self-explanatory” and then a page and a half explaining what it means.

.) Is there a word for fat-handsome? Can we coin it as… Mikesque?

.) Isn’t a mantra really just a trance-former or is there more than meets the eye?

.) I mean, if Greedo doesn’t work, I could always make the “Lido Shuffle” parody about Duke Leto from DUNE but, like, that’s a bit more obscure, yeah?

.) You know what would be fun? A Literal Restaurant. Like a skirt steak comes in an edible skirt or comes shaped into a skirt or is served wrapped around a Barbie doll or something.

.) As a straight dude, I’ve always been fascinated with the role “safe” androgyny plays in the success of boy bands. It’s even more fascinating in K-Pop but as a straight dude of European ethnicity, I feel even less comfortable commenting on that than on, say, NKOTB.

.) The best part of the declaration of a mole in the fake White House is that now the internet detectives of 4Chan will be laser-focused on doxing that person instead of harassing other people for no sane reason for a while.

.) Nearly every time “more innocent times” are referred to, they were times when people were guilty of even more things.

.) The Hot Topic Hot Pocket is glazed in blackberry but filled with strawberry infused with edible glitter.

.) Dad Joke Moby Dick starts “Call me Ishmael, just don’t call me late for supper, ha ha ha.”

.) If iZombie is about an undead solving crimes, they wasted their chance at the much better title “Morbid Curiousity”.

.) Did HANNIBAL ever cook up a penis for dinner and make a “peter, pan-fried” joke? If not, why did they even bother making that series?

.) Nihilism! It’s Better Than Nothing!

.) The only advantage to the Mets screwing Peter Alonso out of a call-up to mess with his service time is that, well, I live an hour from Syracuse so I’ll get to see him play there for a month next year.

.) If Zodac from HE-MAN is a cosmic enforcer from beyond the stars, striking the balance between good and evil, does that mean he’s carrying out the Hege-alien dialectic?
