.) Twitter has informed me there is a celebrity couple called “Cardi B” and “Offset” that has just had a child and, like, congratulations total strangers? But more importantly, these stage-names both sound like obscure fonts on an Apple word processing program in 1996.

.) Did they KNOW it was going to sound vaguely-dirty when they called this rug steamer a “Power-Glide” or was it totally a mistake? You need to run all product names past an average 15-year-old, how have they not learned this yet?

.) I’m the main entry for “chubby but still handsome” when you search that term on Thiccapedia.

.) A tee-shirt with a picture of the fabric softener bear on it and the phrase “THE SNUGGLE IS REAL”.

.) I hate how much more credence and value stories are given if “based on reality”. So many there chase the miraculous untrue, hoping story is their gateway to it. Reality teevee, self-insert fan-fiction, the like. A whole world came out of someone’s head, that’s the real miracle.

.) She was addicted to watching “Pink Flamingos” over and over and over again and eventually her friends had to stage a Divine intervention.

.) Good superhero writing & good improv comedy both, I have realized, operate on the “yes and” principle. Don’t negate or try to undo what came before you, there’s only derailment and disaster there even if it proves you’re clever. Take all of what came before and build on top.

.) Dennis Miller is about as relevant as [opaque cultural reference Dennis Miller would make to pretend he’s the smartest man on Earth] these days.
