1.) The measure of an enlightened mind is the ability to admit when you’re wrong not double down and make denial a part of your identity schema.

2.) The news makes me feel angry. My day to day makes me feel lonely. My words give me strength but no direction in which to use it.

3.) Weirdly, chasing the idea of the world’s next sensation tends to shield one’s self from actual sensation.

4.) He used to be the greatest pie maker in the world but his skills were now out-mode-ed.
