But seriously, I think I'd be a lot more content if i remembered to get more sleep on a regular basis.
Sleep, exercise, and regular masturbation. And maybe blocks of cheese. Blocks of cheese make me happy.

yes to all... except cheese. My tummy does not agree with large amounts of it. :)
