.) I am so out of it today and am trying to disconnect for a little chunk of the day to get my head back together, forgive me. This set of nightmares was about time traveling back through the history of media, living in 70s exploitation films and silent films and penny dreadful stories until finally watching a cavewoman for the first time figuring out that a scratch in the dirt could represent something else to communicate the idea. I am more exhausted than when I went to sleep but will try to return to a fitful slumber. I am so behind on things from being sick this weekend, a blanket mea culpa on that which I have fallen behind. The other nightmare last night was about being on one of those reality teevee singing shows and realizing right before I went on that I wasn’t there because I was good, I was there because I was hilariously bad. Impostor Syndrome?

.) When Freddy hurt his leg, the soccer team had to try to win without any further Adu.

.) Whenever that song “I’m Forever Blowing Bubbles” play, nudge the person to your left and say “That Bubbles is one lucky guy”.

.) Your mash-up of “Semi Charmed Kinda Life” and “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” will win you the DJ contest.

.) A “Who’s On First” routine about an NPR pledge drive and a surfer girl who unironically says “totes!” instead of “total”.

.) I know the red wavy lines on the smoke detector are supposed to be flames but they look more like the tentacles of a Lovecraft horror.

.) “In The Sunshine Of Your Lunch” would not be one of my better parodies, I suppose.

.) Batman is so smart, he calls them Batarangs to confuse his enemies on how to react to them and then BAM, bat-shaped ninja star to the FACE.

.) Your promises to rap for us are textbook cases of def threats.

.) Asking a whale out for Netflix and Krill is clever but then your apartment is too small for a whale so the plan fails.

.) Your mash-up of “What’s Going On” and “Don’t Worry Be Happy” would also win the DJ competition.
