Ah, healthy natural sleep. in The Napkin.

Ten hours of sleep. Half a benadryl, magnesium, no melatonin.

Having two days a week to sleep in is underrated. Oh, I try to get sleep the rest of the week. I give myself 8 hours, and it ends up being 6-7. Pretty much never hit my alarm.

But it sure is nice to wake up, check the time, say “fuck it”, and go back to sleep.

Okay, okay. I do get up for the token 45-60 second pee.

Consistently getting sleep helps with a lower baseline anxiety. It’s obvious, but always worth annotating. So many times in life were red-lining m, and then can’t answer the last time we got alarm-free sleep.

By tomorrow, I’ll be in great position to start my lifting week. : )
