I have cited this so many times to calm fledging bros. Little bros are addicted to the fallacy of the “anabolic window”. A perceived use-it-or-or-lose-it time where you should eat and down protein, or LOSE YER GAINZ.
As per title, yeah.
Worry about nutrition across a day. The average across a day, average nutrition across a week.
Most of us aren’t going on stage. Worrying about hourly protein intake is majoring in the minors. We just want to look a little better naked, and for inanimate objects to be a little lighter.
