Not sure if I’m annoyed at a plethora of small things, or if my cut is catching up with me. Caffeine intake could be worse but uuuhhhh.
That I feel more normal after eating. And I wake up kind of wanting to be more rested.
It’s funny, I’m not particularly hungry. Whether it’s just the way I am, or the way I’m eating, take the win. I’m almost to 175, down from 205 lbs. And well…. Why not keep going?
This started as a slow and sustainable process. Sustainable, definitely. But man, progress is addictive. If I hold a modest -5 lbs a month, I can hit 155 lbs by end of September. Though, lately my average has been closer to -2 than -1 lb/week.
Ooops.
Haven’t changed my eating style. Oatmeal, spinach&meat, 6 eggs. That I’ve been eating like this for over four months, definitely sustainable.
But man am I CRANKY AND ANNOYED.
Not even hangry. I just ate. I hear my interior monologue and I think man, nobody would want to be around me if they actually heard the shite I think.
But, so think that goes for all of us.
Now if I could just figure out how to relax and enjoy my off-hours, I’d look forward to my next day off more.
Sooner this cut is over, sooner my squat will stop being gimped. Like a damned shut-off switch.
Mobility remains good, at least.
