Apparently I am afflicted with it.

Eh, apparently. I get accused of looking angry when I’m not. Maybe annoyed, but usually it’s just latent sadness. I don’t bother fake smiling, as fake smiling tends to make me feel worse.

There may have been an inciting incident for the sadness, but well, I was feeling lonely last night, too. So being around a crush and not getting any signals, well. Best not to overthink this. Avoid the “You should be more social!” because then hyperfocusing on it will make it worse.

Though gosh, I could go for some cuddles while playing Mario Kart.
