Where does the “pop-punk whine” voice come from? Why does every pop punk singer sound like a rich white teenager from Orange County TOTALLY angry that Mom made him work summers at Medieval Times if he wanted that new BMW?

For all the awfulness of Fox News, the rich folk who run it know they make a lot more money off the simmering tension of their misinformation than actually letting it boil over into civil war. They could lose money in that, y’know. Money is their king, ideology just their tactic.
