.) Nailing Trump’s daughter with “but her e-mails” is fun and everything but the “but her e-mails” narrative was never really about the righties, it was about the far left buying that narrative from Russia Today and Wikileaks and abandoning all sense over it.
.) When you throw out the coalition and consensus builders in a democracy, out of impatience or ideological orthodoxy, you tend to give up the game to the other side. Be careful what you wish for or maybe be intersectionally invested in more than just your pet causes.
.) Figuring out how to make money doing what you do is a-okay. The problem is when you get trapped in the feedback loop of trying to figure out what makes money and then doing that. At that point, they got you on the run.
.) My favourite internet jerks are the ones who brag about how they “triggered the libs” but they just wasted three hours sweating over their keyboards being hateful and “the libs” took three seconds to write “nah, bro” then blocked and moved on.
.) We could well do a parody of Elanor Rigby about the People You May Know feature on facebook. It’s even got the right rhythm “Peo-PLE You MAY Know”.
.) Buying a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame is the “spending 50 bucks to get in a Who’s Who book” of the super rich.
.) The new breakfast cereal Post’s Malones is terrible. The idea of marshmallow facial tats was interesting but poorly executed.
.) Look, I don’t agree with Pelosi 100% of the time either, maybe 83% of the time, but when you’re up against a neo-fascist wave, coalition and consensus builders who know how to manipulate the levers of power against the neo-fascists, they’re valuable as hell.
