1.) Surviving in prison takes the courage of your convictions.

2.) UNPOPULAR OPINION: there are many combinations of hot sauce and chicken that are much better than chicken wings, it’s just that wings are high-profit margin for pizzerias.

3.) Most of the things people think have conspiratorial power are just little clubhouses for aging low-level businessmen to drink together in. If there are real conspiracies, you’ve still never heard of them.

4.) The worst part is that a lot of Republican politicians aren’t nearly as personally racist as they project into their ads and statements, they just know it revs up their base. The truest racists are their voters.

5.) Trump’s dumb enough & lacking enough in self-awareness to pay someone hundreds of thousand of dollars for sex & later publicly call them ugly. This should be a red flag to even the most hateful cretin.

6.) The landed gentry love crack-pot lizard-people theories as in a way they hope something like that to be true, that their money makes them a different kind of species, homo sapiens inheritus, we’ll say, much as God divined homo sapiens nobilus.

7.) A close friend asked me if this year of grief & loss changed my view of mortality. I still love life but I don’t cling to it as jealously as I once did, I am a little tired. I could see much more than another 40 or 50 years being exhausting, at this point.

8.) And so God gave Adam & Eve dominion over the Earth, the land, the sea, the fishes, the plants, the animals, everything adding “you break it, you bought it” & in our greed we did, slowly eating it the garden away into a hell of our own devising.

9.) When there’s no room left in hell, the dead will shamble listlessly around Walmart in MAGA hats.

10.) Make the best of your stomach flu! While on the toilet, start singing “DI-A-RRHE-A, HERE WE GO AGAIN, MY MY” so the whole house can hear. Have some fun with it!

11.) It’s not on you to know better, it’s on someone else to not be cruel, greedy, savage or hateful. The blame and the responsibility go to those with the power that is abused. Never let the bastards tell you any different.
