.) Is there anything more toxic to societal freedom than generational wealth, exponentially metastasizing over decades into the new fiefdoms, into the new royal caste? Is there anything more toxic to individual freedom than believing their freedom is merely about what they can own?

.) A Tom Petty parody about how it’s good to be The Thing?

.) A super-villain who robs diners called THE GRIDDLER.

.) You know it’s the summer around here when the cat doesn’t want to be pet because he’s afraid you’re gonna pick a tick off of him.

.) If you cast your eye-line just above the rooftops on a summer night like this, everything looks like a film set. Everything. It’s comforting, somehow.

.) A parody of “King of Pain” about the MST3K classic “Prince of Space”?

.) I’ve never understood “make-up break-up” relationship cycles. I bang my head into a lot of brick walls hoping to either get through or die, metaphorically, but never in the realm of love. If it didn’t work x times, why will it work the y-th?

.) If only “hegemony” were pronounced differently, we could have one hell of a nerdy parody of “Mony Mony” on our hands.

.) Not knowing what Gorky Park was, for years I thought that the song “Winds of Change” was named dropping Donkey Kong for some confusing reason.

.) Rich People Twilight Zone is, like, you purchase a sauna day and you BECOME A SAUNA FOR A DAY and that’s inconvenient but in the end you end up richer because that’s what being a rich person in America is.

.) Your Fairy Groddmother is a giant telepathic ape that comes to you at night and tells you that you are weak for you are a mere human. She’s not wrong but it’s still mean.
