Sometimes I think about doing yet another Lifting Log Redux. I can babble my head off like the gymrat I am. But then I think: why separate it? My actual logging is now on fitocracy. I really like how you can load a previous workout, make annotations per lift, and see graphs for each exercise. It’s pretty cool.

So I think it makes more sense to just dumb a dumbbell into entries here and there rather than a dedicated place. Just hopefully not on anyone’s foot.

Like, I seriously can’t wait until I drop more vodka weight and can do weighted chins. So bad-ass. : )

(Also, babbling exclusively about individual workouts is boring as sin to read. Cranking my exerbabble was part of how I killed the Drama Llama eleven years ago.)
