.) Still disappointed Lucas didn’t pop a “But this is how it actually happened! I have psychic visions of a fantastic past!” defense of the prequels.

.) When you try to divide a number of panties by going commando, you end up undie fined.

.) Old world charm, elder god charm, not that much difference, really.

.) There used to be TV sign-offs, times when we said “the world is pausing for a while”. It seems quaint now but back then it seemed natural. It seemed like the order of how things work, even though television had only been around forty or fifty years and the idea of a television station not being 24/7 would only last another twenty years. Still, it seemed Permanent.

.) I wonder if a caveman ever said “well, I mean, I’m a lapsed ancestor-worshipper, you know I’m CULTURALLY ancestor-worshipper.”

.) We may’ve loused our world up so badly no god, monster or alien would bother to conquer or end it, accidentally “thrown in the briar patch”.

.) Doctor Pepper was a propper prepper propped up precariously by a soda-pop fortune and precious metal investments, variously.

.) Many try to erase the bad things by never mentioning them, I try to talk about them so much it exhausts their power, both approaches fail.

.) When you make yourself unhappy for the sake of someone else, consider how many others it will make unhappy. There is math to do.

.) It’s easy to sell bogus articles of faith like Trickle Down Economics when a group is based on unexamined articles of faith.

.) If you ever review a band that’s like part prog-rock, part southern swamp-rock, definitely call them “The Marsh Volta”.
