We’ve put a man on the moon but haven’t been to the bottom of the ocean. Ever think about it? A spacesuit is required to protect a human from the coldness of space without exploding. A deep ocean suit would need to protect a human from the coldness of the ocean without imploding.

I find it amazing that there are only a handful of people alive who have been to the moon. What a club to be a part of. I watched a series about the space race and the fact that we went from having airplanes, to having someone walk on the mother-fucking moon in the space of a handful of decades is absolutely incredible. I never appreciated that when I was a kid, because I grew up with knowing that we went to the moon, so it was just a normal thing. I never stopped to consider that prior to the 60s, just the idea of going into space was nothing but science fiction.
