I think more people have blood sugar issues than they realize. It is not a subject I’m versed in, but my energy has definitely been consistently better since I’ve been consistently eating better.
Mind you, I’m on a cut.
I think eating crap effects sleep quality. I’m not sure how else to explain it.
It would explain how I’m able to just get up, hit the treadmill sans breakfast, and sit here completely content and not hungry as my pound of turkey with spinach cooks on the stove.
I don’t know, it’s just interesting.
Also, something I can’t explain. If I go to bed tired, I wake up tired. If I go to bed feeling fine, I wake up more rested.
You’d think being more tired would induce deeper sleep, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. It’s like how when you wake up in the morning, feel relaxed, then fall back asleep into an even more relaxed deep sleep.
Nobody wakes up energized. At best, I wake up calm and void of stress. No stress means less dawdling, which can make it seem like I’m energetic. When I’m really just on autopilot. Not mania at all.
Being productive due to lack of stress, and being manic, are definitely different feelings.
Anyway. Hope your butthole stays squeaky clean today.
