Twitter is like life, it’s pretty hilarious if you can manage to never once take it seriously. Problem is, of course, one moment of weakness and you’re down in the silly slop with every one else.

It’s weird. We’ve been in costume for months now, you know? We’ve been in a different world for months now. I’d almost want Halloween to be a break from that.

One of the few silver linings to all this is that we’ve all always been making up like as we’ve gone along but we have all these structures to pretend that we’re not, that there’s some kind of plan and if we fail, it is simply that we didn’t follow. That illusion’s dispelled now.
