  1. A book on curing insomnia through analytical psychology called THE JUNG AND THE RESTLESS.

  2. To this day, when I see the Expos logo, I have to squint to remind myself that they were going for a cursive capital “M”. It looks like a red-and-white marital aid leaning against a blue marital aid because Quebec is a very strange place.

  3. A gang of people who ride bikes around town, lecturing on the nature of the universe, called the Velosophers.

  4. The dwarves and gnomes that forge the form-fitting bosom armors that would actually be deadly in real life, their trade guild is called The Itty-Bitty Titty-Smithy Committee.

  5. The folks who claim realistic Democrats are victims of Hegelian triangulation & need to give up on fighting Trump to waste protest votes on some Green Party vanity candidate or Jesse Ventura have, themselves, been triangulated by Fox News & Russia Today.

  6. What you need understand about Putin (& to a cruder extent, the Trump Crime Family) is they’ll always use your empathy against you, rules of polite society against you, because they don’t believe in these things. They laugh at these things, see them only as exploits. Be on guard.

  7. Blaming China for us buying products produced there at slave-labour prices kind of misses the point. Our big businesses are allowed to operate on a platform of “short-term profit first, short-term profit only” & if they weren’t, this wouldn’t be a problem.

  8. The best thing to say to people fighting vote-by-mail initiatives so as to disenfranchise minorities is to say “if it’s good enough for the military, it should be good enough for us all” because it triggers one of the paradoxes of the American conservative movement. It’s fun!
