If you don’t have empathy and respect for people hanging onto very little, afraid of sweeping changes even seeming good ones, dont be surprised when they resist you telling them “its okay, here are some big words, now follow us, your betters”. Lasting change cant flow from rage or smug sureness, only consensus and empathy.
