breakfast bowl in keeping it postive

I decided to try making a breakfast bowl. I've had them at Burger King and seen them advertised by certain brand name products.
I started with potatoes - I make them in the microwave - no oil. I then added a slice of cheese - I chose a smoked gouda (Trader Joe's has slices, so I didn't have to slice my own from a ball of gouda.) I then added some chunky spaghetti sauce (with extra veggies). On top, a fried egg. It was good! And filling!

Yum.. I love bowls of all sorts.. I wish I liked eggs more though. The only eggs I can stomach are omelets made in diners or my boyfriend's Japanese Rice and Eggs.

For some reason lately, I've been craving fried eggs! I used to ONLY like eggs in veggie omelets - yes, at the diner or that kind of restaurant. I never understand my cravings.

It sounds good. Eggs are a part of my staple diet, love 'em :) x

I cook potatoes, diced, and onions in an iron pan, sprinkle them with diced bacon (from a package from Costco), and then put cheese and a soft fried egg on top...sometimes mushrooms in the dice, whatever I have...spinach, field greens, basil...I know lots of calories but so good. I totally understand the impulse to create a bowl.

yep - clear out the fridge in one big bowl. I don't eat bacon, but sounds about right to me!
