today's stuff in Second 1st

Sat down to my computer this morning and the browser was up just having searched to hours of operation for McKay’s..... I guess we will go today.

I bought shoes like 3 months ago. It was the first time in 6 years I’ve been able to buy shoes based on comfort and not one work requirements (the requirements have been lifted). However, I’ve got to get shoes again. Apparently, tennis shoes are not something I can have in my life. I’ve ripped a hole in the side somehow. So, they are comfortable.... so we are going to the mall for shoes because they have a New Balance and a Sketchers store and honestly I’m going to get one or the other.... all leather uppers as was required before… because I know they will last 6 months rather than 3… stupid tennis shoes.

Destiny called yesterday to tell me she would not be able to come down in March as she had planned/hoped. It’s the dumbest reason.... millage on a lease vehicle. Why lease.... oh so Critter can always have a “new” truck..... smh… I did tell you that the memorial service for my aunt was changed from “near her birthday” to “some time in June” right?.... that being said I’ve got nearly the whole month of March off and nothing planned.

Maybe we should go ahead and look into the casino trip....

The bills thing is going well but the next one won’t be paid by then.... the issue of Rocky’s car is in the way. He has an oil leak.... may be a cracked head (1500 to fix completely) or just a hose ($20) .... we’ve got to take it to the guy (the good one).... then make plans. So currently the paying down is kinda on hold. I say kinda cause I”m still doing the $200 min payment (it’s really 80 but with the 120 minimum from my student loans that are paid off).

I’ve got nearly $300 on MTurk but they changed their payment system. You have to elect when you want to be paid now. You can change it but the options are like 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, 60 days..... when I choose I chose 60.... It can be changed but otherwise it will build up and that will be nice. My payment date is Feb. 17th. I hope to get closer to 500 by then. However, I’m not working this morning.

I AM working on that diamond painting until Rocky gets up. I want to have it done for V-Day.... There is a good bit to do and it’s starting to feel a little like crunch time. It’s just over 3/4 done but I’ve still got to make a frame for it.... and seal it.... ( spent 30 mins researching and ordering product to seal it with just now).....

Got a message from a lady in Nashville, looks like she’s wanting to meet up today for some oils I’ve got. May meet while we are out so that’s cool. I think.... we will see, I don’t do delivery....

Today for D&D I’m gonna make chicken alfredo and garlic bread.... and I’m going to do what I can in game. I don’t have huge plans. I had told them last week about the crypts/catacombs below the castle that had been defiled.... and were now full of undead. Then there is the matter of Yemmin being banished .... they could escort him out of town (1/2 way to the next town). They will want to get trade back up and running asap so there is re-establishing trade routes and escorting the first caravan to the next city.... knowing them I’d have to create a whole other city for that.... and we are not doing that this morning.... I could also send them to clear the forest of goblins and the enchanted bushes.... for the safety of the citizens. Robin had not done this because her men and herself were able to avoid any problems and the bushes were set to help keep people out. Now that the city was free to regain glory some may want to trap and hunt there. I thought about establishing a “local hero tax” as well .... then there would be an election and probably a riot of some kind.... then maybe I could talk my way out of “whatever you want” and then later when they are out of town a lot basically fire them.

Lady will meet me at McKay’s at noon :).... we should honestly be on our way out by then?.... Mall opens at 10 so I’m thinking we will go there first… I’ll get Rocky up at 8:30ish… I guess… and fill him in. Other than that I have about an hour and 45 mins to diamond paint! :)
