So this morning much to my surprise because I am tired and worried about my sister this song started going through my mind... I have only heard it twice before so obviously it made an impression on me.
It is a little racy for a woman that is, well, not young anymore. I blame it on the poetry and the spring equinox and the hormone class. :)
I love the phrase..."I feel so good I'm gonna make somebody's day, tonight..."

LOVE Richard Thompson and this is one of my favs of his, especially blasting as I drive up the freeway. You might know him from his days with Fairport Convention. If you ever have the opportunity to see him do; he is funny and slyly charming.

Clever lyrics...wish he'd smiled, myself but the entire group brings back those years of groovy moves and hormones running amuck or otherwise right on where they could indeed make someone's day, tonight.

I've never heard that either -- but OMG, look how young Dave Letterman is!!! That's what he looked like way back when I used to watch Letterman all the time..
