Ye old mason jar! So many uses. So much love.

Fill a mason jar half way with large chunk Himalayan sea salt. Add in a few teaspoons of epsom salts. ( your measurements never have to be exact.)

Layer in rose buds, lavender, peppermint and calendula flowers, Other fun ideas. Lemon balm, bay, marigold.

Add in 4-6 drops of your favorite essential oil. Pick something that goes nice with your flowers and herbs. Lavender is strong but lovely. Citrus is another lovely pick! Add in 1-2 teaspoons of water. Close the lid and shake HARD! You want to mix everything up beautifully.

Decorate your jar with jute twine if you like and use a few teaspoons with every bath or as hand scrubbing salts when you wash your hand. Its amazing for dried/ flaking skin!

Alternately, you can mix your salts in a bowl and pour into jars. Especially helpful if you are making these as gifts!!
