I want to thank everyone for the encouraging notes on me trying to get sober. I did drink Saturday afternoon after all the shopping was done. Didn’t have work that night and was free the rest of the day. Back on the wagon now.

Sunday morning I had a bit of an itchy throat so (not to my surprise) when I woke up for work I’ve got a full blown cold. My nose is running, throat is sore as hell and yes lots of coughing. Still went to work but as soon as first shift gets here I’m bolting. I’ve damn near fell asleep in my chair a few times ‘cause I feel worn out.

I hate being sick.

Methinks chicken from the gas station deli on the way home will do some justice. Just two and a half more hours to go.

Also I’ve been really horny lately…fudge.
