Harumph! in Hello

At the urging of a friend I created an Instagram account. When I logged in the recommended feed showed half my family and old friends. I immediately had an anxiety attack. I’m a private person. I enjoy it. This, Prosebox, is the ONLY social media I use. So you can see why I felt overwhelmed. Well actually I did use Photobucket but can no longer log in. Needless to say I deleted the account and uninstalled the app. I just…don’t like how everything is so connected these days. It makes me crack up when I read stories about people who lose their jobs over posts they made online. Play stupid games win stupid prizes. Seriously, what do these folks think will happen? Hell I stopped hanging out with a group of friends because after a movie everything had to become a fucking YouTube review video. Sure I could’ve opted out but that’s not my point. If the sole purpose of getting everyone together is to do a video then count me out. I’d actually like to just chill and shoot the shit. Maybe I’m old fashioned being born on the cusp of this digital revolution and stuck in another generation’s mindset, I don’t know. But this is how I feel and that’s all I gotta say.

Hours later…
Fuck I’m bored!
Mill #1: Loaded a part wrong and broke the probe tip.
Mill #2: Out of material.
Mill #3: 49 minute 2 second cycle time.
I know tonight is OT but I feel useless running only one machine.

Found a new playlist on YouTube.
“Playlist for work cause reasons.”
Most of which all punk bands I’ve never heard of mostly ‘cause they’re German. Drei Meter Feldweg is a new favorite of mine. Catchy tunes, energetic vocals, bouncy riffs. Sommer, Sonne, Bier is a particular favorite. The video is hilarious.
Oh what the hell…

I get out an hour early this shift and already have a bunch to do. Not really, three things mostly. Fuel up, go to the store to get my deli meat for the week plus breakfast and Wal Mart to see if they have Jedi Fallen Order. The lightsaber combat I’ve seen online looks dope af and seeing how I’m off tonight I look forward to unwinding with some new Star Wars fun.

Only less than an hour and a half to go. Argh, shoot me!
