Dumb Rambling in Current Events

I’m feeling pretty woozy and dizzy so I am pretty sure that I caught the flu that is going around. I knew that I was going to catch it as my niece and nephew are both infected and are just coughing and oozing all over the damn place. I’m a freak of nature and I like being sick because it lets me be lazy without feeling guilty about it.

I can’t find anything good on Netflix to binge. Everything is just garbage and why is everybody trying to be Ryan Murphy? Just weird, random off the cuff, cringy woke humour that makes me gag. I don’t actually hate it that much I just miss when characters in shows and movies reflected real actual people. Made them seem human. Now it’s too much camp and bad writing and no chemistry and just garbage. While I’m bitching about this stuff without a film degree I hate these Oscar bait movies where they use black characters as redemption arcs for the white Characters. I liked the Help and Hidden Figures as much as the next person but we can all see right through that shit, right? Hollywood has come a long way but it still has a long way to go. And just the style of acting in Hollywood these days is so awful with everybody just walking around sad mugging the whole film. Is it the botox? Are they too privileged to pull of method so it’s all just an “act of desperation”? And the Instagrammy award for the most desperate face goes to.... K, I’m being rude. My head hurts and Hollywood needs to step their pussies up.

I’m in bad mood because I got up early and then started to get my mind in gear to get shit done and my sister begged me to watch her son for the morning so that she can go shopping. Then all of my symptoms knocked me off my ass when she came back. I did not enjoy the interruption but of course, I want to be supportive so I got to get over it. Anyways, I’m just waiting for everybody to finish poisoning their bodies with animal products so that I can have my turn in the kitchen and make myself some soup. What’s with people asking vegan parents if they will force the vegan lifestyle on their babies if they have any? What do you think carnism was? My patience is as thin as my hair these days so I should just log off Prosebox for a while or eternity.
