So… Wife and I had Date Night last night. Significantly delayed because Wife wanted to get her homework done. At Date Night, very little conversation. After Date Night, very little interaction. So… Today? I’m going to work up the courage to give her The Survey. The survey asks things like “Does sex matter to you?” and “How would you define marriage as an abstract concept?” Because frankly? I spent 3 years of No Sex with my wife.... and since then, it has been a rare pleasure.... to the point where the last time I had sex this year was March. Since then? My birthday (May), her birthday (June), our anniversary (July) have all passed without so much as a good snog. So… it is time. I am going to sit her down and giver her some bloody straight talk.

DO YOU WANT TO BE MARRIED?
DO YOU KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS?
HAVE YOU ANY SEXUAL IMPULSES?
DO YOU ACCEPT THAT SEXUAL ABSTINENCE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO YOUR HUSBAND?
And other matters.
