eczema. insomnia. anxiety. pasta sauce. in 2007: March 1: transferred fom FOD

so i remembered the thing i was going to post about eczema. well apparently. another side effect of the hydro...........stuff. that. is insomnia. now it’s not unusual for me to go to sleep between 2 - 5 a.m. [btw. i don’t work for those who are new.]. um. no but like last wk. i um. i’d go to sleep at. 5 a.m. seems most days of the wk. not between 2 - 5. another side effect is increased thirst. yep that def. happened. although. that wasn’t such a bad thing just different.
um so right. well the pasta sauce i’d been buying. was barilla only they changed their label. well as mentioned [well. that was one of the brands i’d been buying] bc of my anxiety i can’t have any change. at all. and so i stopped. buying. that. bc if i have any sort of change it only increases that. anxiety. [and by ‘that. anxiety’ i mean the. anxiety.]. but then. well recently i bought a new brand classico. which means i’m pushing myself. and my anxiety. so i’ma wait awhile before i do something else. cause i don’t like this. sure if i was living by myself it wouldn’t be such a big thing. but i’m not.
btw. so the lady as in the lady i live w/. well part of my check goes towards rm. and board. [yes. i’m one of those people.]. as i’ve explained she gets paid to have me live w/ her. which..........i mean tech. makes me her boss. but anyway. and i recently looked up that def. and part of it is to provide food. for me personally. which she doesn’t do which i’m ok w/. i don’t want that kindof attention. she doesn’t cook for me. which again i’m ok w/. the few times she has and she’s left something for me. i haven’t eaten it. no i’ll at times eat food she cooks/gets. for the people living in the house. chips, tater tots, mac & cheese [well. sans cheese. i have it w/ pasta sauce & garlic], um. bacon. chicken. no i go. to the store once a wk. get my own food. w/ my card. no but my point is. i didn’t actually know. what ‘room and board’ meant untill i looked it up. um. no yeah that’s it.
