post injury/ workout week so far in my challenge

my leg seems to be back to 100% though i am still being a little cautious with it. this week has been physically tough but i don't hate it yet. i've been super busy this week as well. today will be the first day i have a few minutes to just relax instead of going out and stuff. still doing grapefruit juice and green tea at least 3 times a day. i don't know if its making a difference or not so i'm going to keep going with it. also have to get some sleep i haven't been sleeping through the night. might use melatonin to combat that. i'll keep you posted on that. if i see results or not.
