Reconigzed A Friend in ❅journal 2019❅

My worse case scenario has unfolded, on one of the other journaling sites i use to archive all my journal entries i came across a name I recognize.

I’m not going to say the name, or their gender or what they where writing about in their journal. Only that seeing them has brought me to tears at the thought they might be reading my entries somewhere and laughing at them or worse, they show everyone them. And what they are writing about.

I mean they told me about online journals, but who would’ve thought they’d be there. Sure, it can be someone else but it just sounds like them, and I’m not saying it’s a good thing. Fuck, i feel the therapist in me jump out and i wanna just DM them and be like “do we need to talk about um…these habits....or?” But if someone did that to me I’d feel like crap so we are not doing that. Now I’m just worried about them, even more then before.
