So, everything is priced. Mom and I took a look a the weather and chance of rain is 100% Thurs., 60% Fri., and 50% Saturday..... So we are going to do it next week. I don’t have much planned for this week so I may take photos of this mess and figure out how to post it here for your visual consumption.
The Cleaning Lady put in a request for links to her readers favorite songs. Feel like it would be a huge bit of anxiety just to pick favorites! lol However, I’ve listened to like 7 of the songs listed and have never heard any of the songs so I’m excited. I can see me going to her entry everyday for the next month just to start YouTube running randoms. Lately I have a need for music I don’t know. Like real background music. Not like playing music I know all the words to and get distracted singing instead of doing what I wanted to with the music in the background. So thank you for that :)
Went to the doc yesterday for physicals. He put it as gently as he could “Well, your weight is going in the wrong direction” I know it is and I know why. The workout I was getting at work no longer exists and since not working (because when I do things I get dizzy) I tend to be as still as I can most of the time. Rocky and I agreed that I should get one of those stationary bike things you put on the floor. … I also looked up a workout that looks pretty simple but doesn’t involve me getting on the floor (brought to you by the P90X guy). Should take about 30 mins. and I can just stop if I get dizzy and pick it back up when it clears. No matter what I’m going to have to start pushing myself and dealing with the shit storms as they come instead of avoiding the storms all together. Being one of those obese people riding in motorized carts at Wal Mart is not on my to do list. i would much rather be there because I might fall due to dizzy than I’m too fat to walk around the store.
Not sure how I plan to accomplish a whole lot but.... well nothing will happen if I do nothing so how about I just plan to do more.... you know MOVE!

What helped me most to lose weight was myfitnesspal / loseit. (I started with loseit, went to MFP later on). I don't know where you're at with being able to judge calories by eyeballing it, and whether you stress eat or not (I do), but I setup three rules when I was most successful losing weight:
That's an extreme method, but it took me from nothing to a point where I was 60lbs lighter 8 months later. Having my first and only girlfriend in that time also helped a lot. It's easy to ignore being hungry when you have someone you care about and who wants you to care about them. It's the inverse of stress eating (non-stress starving? :p) In the end, it was sticking to a calorie budget that really helped me more than anything. I only needed to care about macro nutrients once I got down to being 'just' overweight instead of obese (I wasn't eating enough protein and fat, at different times, and that negatively impacted my health in fairly significant, but fixable, ways).
But I also get that sometimes you want to find your own way. So...yeah.
