faction in poetry

you can easily craft a
fiction out of all facts
a fan wears his lucky socks
every game from the first tip
the team he roots for
wins the championship
these have nothing to do with each other
but together without any other context
it seems like the real story
on a book’s pre-judged cover
but he did not a thing
he just put on his socks
even though it all happened
in the tale, truth is lost
