Drama, drama, drama! in Adventures in paradise

I only went to work for 5 hours tonight, but in that time all hell managed to break loose back at the house between my landlord and Ayden.

My landlord filled me in on all that had happened. He interviewed this guy for his room, and reckons he was "a really nice guy" and thinks that I will love him. I hope so. Apparently Ayden was meant to meet him but was being his usual drama-queen self and because of whatever fight they decided to have this time, told my landlord that he will sabotage this housemate, just to spite him, just like he did with the current housemate (who mind you, still never says a WORD to anyone or even associates with anyone in this house, all because of Ayden GAH). But apparently this guy my landlord interviewed is a Pisces, and he knows all about the starsigns. In fact, when I moved in here 6 years ago (oh god), I had to be the right starsign to fit in with the housemates who were here, whom were Ryan and Cameron at the time. I've seen my fair share of housemates come and go from this house. Ryan, Cam, Josh, Josh, Adriano, Jeff, Braydon, Luke, Reece, Brad and currently Ayden and Aiden, but no-one has ever caused as much unnecessary drama as Ayden has. And the problem isn't just as simple as kicking Ayden out, because he is SO much like my landlord that my landlord has basically fallen in love with him. They literally fight like a married couple who are sick of the sight of each other. Half the time, I excuse myself from the room because I don't want to hear it. Then I'll wake up in the morning and I'll hear them arguing about something upstairs, or in the kitchen, or outside my room near the garage. I've often wondered how it's even humanly POSSIBLE to argue about so many things. Like, seriously?? They haven't covered everything yet?? So along sabotaging the new housemate, Ayden has also threatened to FUCK the new housemate and then ignore him, treating him like garbage afterwards. I'm not sure how well THAT plan will pan out, but these are the schemes my housemate comes up with. He hasn't even met this guy, and my landlord wants this guy to meet both of us, naturally. He sounds pretty cool from what my landlord has said, and I've known Andrew long enough that if he says I will love him, then I probably will. As for Ayden on the other hand, well who knows what mood that cunt will be in when the new housemate comes over again. The landlord is already referring to this guy as "The new housemate", so that's a pretty sure sign. I wasn't even sure what happened with the French guy I met last week. I did ask and he just said it didn't work out or something. I dunno, I lose track.

My landlord and Ayden apparently went to my work to get some groceries, and my landlord ran into his ex there. His ex is a complete loud drama queen, which is where the connection comes in with Ayden - as they are SO alike, apparently. It's just that his ex was 15-something years ago, and along comes Ayden, who is a 21 year old replica of my landlord's past. So apparently my landlord saw his ex and took off as fast as lightning because he didn't want him to see him with Ayden.

Well, later on he went to Sporties (the gay bar near our place), and his ex was there. As soon as he walked in, his ex started all this drama, yelling at him - saying things like "I saw you with your "Bit-Of-Fluff!" (as in, Ayden). How DARE you run away from me..." blah blah blah. Even all the drag queens took off in different directions and everyone in the bar was looking at them.

I said to him, "I was only gone five hours, and all this happens in that amount of time!?"

So yeah, nothing exciting has happened with ME, but all this drama around me has been. I'm pretty keen on meeting the new housemate, and miss princess upstairs can go jump in a vat of acid for all I care. My landlord describes the new housemate as "A normal young boy". Apparently he's a 24 year old hairdresser, but isn't flamboyant at all. He's very clean, cooks, and only goes out maybe once every two weeks." I guess I just have to meet him and see for myself what this chapter will bring. You know - until my housemate fucks everything up.
