Would you do meth if it was legalized? - No, please see the drug and drinking questions below. Also, Breaking Bad.

Abortion: for or against? - Personally, I'm against it, I wouldn't have one. I think it's murder. Rationally, it's not for me to decide. If Stephanie over there gets knocked up and doesn't want her child, than she has the right to kill it. I have the right to not be her friend. Politically, I think government should stay out of this decision. Leave it up to the woman, her man, and the doctor that is willing to perform it.

Would our country fall with a woman president? - I don't think it would fall, but I wouldn't elect one. Women are statistically more emotional and less rational than men. We're typically more emotional and prone to making rash decisions. When Presidents actually had to listen to Congress, than maybe I would have voted for a woman, but now they can do whatever they want with little to no checks and balances.

Do you believe in the death penalty? - I do. And I think it should be enforced better. That being said, I think that if you commit a crime, that crime should be committed upon you. So if you rape someone, you get raped. If you hold someone prisoner, than the same is done to you. If you kill someone, are tried and found guilty, than you should be killed. And not after 15 years of appeals, immediately. we need to stop paying for criminals to live in the lap of luxury (don't sigh at me, some of these prisons are like 2-4 star hotels. no one in prison deserves a damn television.)

Do you wish marijuana would be legalized already? - All drugs should be legalized, and taxed. Just like with drinking, which I'll explain below (I'm doing this from the last question to the first).

Are you for or against premarital sex? - Would you buy a car without test driving it? If so, than don't have premarital sex. Because once you're married, (at least in my opinion) you're stuck with whomever you choose as a spouse. If you test drive your cars, test drive your spouse, or many spices. Don't go being a whore, unless you want to be one, but find someone that makes you happy, emotionally and physically.

Do you believe in God? - I do. Most definitely.

Do you think same sex marriage should be legalized? - Yes, love is love.

Do you think its wrong that so many Hispanics are moving to the USA? - I do. My husband moved here from England, he had to wait to marry me and then pay a shit ton of money, hire a lawyer, and provide the names of people that could support him, before he moved. He's an internet technology professional, he's working, and he's still not a citizen. I think that if you want to live here so bad, you'll take the proper route to get here. Otherwise, you're lying. And I hate liars. (Also, he would not agree with me on this.) - That being said, I realize that there are some people that just can't afford the fees and are living shit lives in other countries, there should be a better way for these people to get here. Cheaper or maybe they could pay installments. -Also, I know that we're ALL immigrants, minus the Native Americans, but that happened a long ass time ago. I am not an immigrant. I am an American. I live here, I was born here, I'll probably die here (unless I'm lucky and my hubby decides we need to retire to Africa). I didn't choose to come here, same with the children of those immigrants that come here illegally. All children that were drug here by their illegal parents should be given immediate citizenship, their parents...they should be deported, they broke the law.

A 12 year old girl has a baby... should she keep it? - No, give it to me. :-D I jest. This child should do whatever she wants. If you're old enough to make the baby, you better be old enough to care for it. Or have a lot of help from your family/baby daddy. That being said if she doesn't think she can "do the time" than she should either give it up for adoption, or abort it.

Should the alcohol age be lowered to 18? - Absolutely. Many countries have lower drinking age restrictions and statistically they have less alcoholism, drunk driving, and death by over-consumption. I didn't drink at 18 because it didn't appeal to me, there are some kids that drink even earlier than 18 and they do so knowing they are breaking the law. Get rid of the law and these kids will still drink, just like some kids won't drink because it doesn't appeal to them.

Assisted suicide is illegal... do you agree? - I don't think it should be illegal. That being said, how does someone prove they were "helping their friend die" rather than murdering them. I think assisted suicide should be done only by doctors and that there needs to be a judge/lawyer present to be sure that it was done according to the wishes of the person dying.

Do you believe in spanking your children? - I don't think there is ever an excuse to physically harm a child. If your child is misbehaving to the point that you feel the need to hit them, you should be hit. You're not doing your job. Also, by spanking your child, you're teaching them that it's okay to hit when a situation gets out of hand or when they just can't handle someone asking them the same question again, or when someone throws a tantrum because they can't get what they want. This opens up so many violent doors that just don't need to be opened.

Would you burn an American flag for a million dollars? - I'd do a whole lot for a million dollars, but that... I don't think so. While some people will say that the flag is just an object and it doesn't represent the emotions of a nation, I tend to disagree. Maybe because I have studied how that flag evolved, and what the colors stand for. Maybe because I am a patriot. Who knows?

A mother is declared innocent after murdering her 5 children in a temporary insanity case. Fair? - If that mother was tried according to the letter of the law, and it was a fair and just trial, where both the state and the mother had the opportunity to present their case, than yes, it's fair. Is it just? Hell no. Should that mother kill herself, absolutely. That is not for the state, or me, to decide though. Everyone will meet their maker when the time comes and they will get their "just" desserts. People don't like hearing that opinion, but it's mine, so if you don't like it, don't share it.

It's between you and a person who is being kept alive by life support, which one dies? - Depends on who the person is. You tell me one of my nephews is about to have the plug pulled and I'm telling you to take me instead. I've lead a good life, they deserve to do the same. you tell me that some confessed serial killer is in the same spot and I'm telling you to pull the plug. This is subjective.

Are you afraid others will judge you from reading some of your answers? - I think that people will judge other people for a variety of reasons. Doesn't matter if they agree with my answers, they will still find some way to judge me. Just like I liked some of the previous answers but I still judged as a read. I'm not afraid, because I don't care. If someone that is reading me doesn't like my opinion they are free to read someone else.
