doc situation am I wrong? in Second 1st

So I had my follow up yesterday and I had gone in there with a little letter to read. Starting with: I feel that “leaning to the right” was a gross under estimation. (he made a face here) The second day I couldn’t sit up for more than 45 seconds without being nauseous. ” Him interrupting “Seems about right, I’m going to look at your eyes” Me continuing “Over the first to weeks it was all the bad parts of being drunk and none of the good ones. now if I’m not sitting still the whole world is constantly shifting as if I’m darting my eyes. The more I move the worse it is. It’s better in the morning but way worse after doing things like buying groceries. 3 weeks and I’m still unable to drive safely.” Then the exam basically interrupted what I had to say and we never got back to it really. I did tell him about the headaches he said that’s not because of the shot. He looked in my ear and used a tuning fork on 3 places on my head then told me I had a bunch of fluid in my ear from the shot and to “pop” my ear 20 times a day till it clears up..... something I was advised against after the shot itself. He said 2 weeks I should be able to go back to work. I reminded him that he already had me off till the 15th of March. Then I talked to him about the specific papers my job would need for my return. He was annoyed “You’ll give that to the nurse.” She came in a little while later with a standard letter for release for the 15th. I explained my job needed specific papers that the doctor had to fill out. He wants to see me again in 4 weeks so we were trying to schedule that for the 13th.... or 14th but the dick is off the entire week prior to my return.

Alltough I explained it to 3 people while we were there..... because I will need him to fill it out I will need an appointment before that date. More than 2 weeks before he would want to see me so we needed to make an appointment after for the 25th..... so I said I will need him to file to extend the Short term disability until he saw me again and filled out the proper papers. .... Was told the nurse would call me about it..... .

Got a call this morning about it saying that he will fill out my papers without seeing me to release me back to work the 15th. I’m actually super irritated with this. As it is Rocky was saying when I walk I lean to the right but the doctor didn’t seem to notice that at all when he made me walk (4-5 steps). I don’t know how to fire this guy.

I made an appointment with my ENT to get her updated and talk about a referral for another doctor. Also, if I feel that I can’t go back to work would she be willing to do another Short Term Disability for me after the final follow up. .... or to extend the current one so that I’m still off when I have my final follow up.

I do not like the the nerve doc.... he does not at all make any attempt to treat more than the situation. He had no interest in listening to what I had to say about my own damn symptoms. How does he know I’ll be any better by March 15th? I’m doing better than 45 seconds and nauseous but that doesn’t mean the constant motion sickness will be gone or that I won’t have any vertigo before then. That kind of carelessness makes me a bit sick.

Am I wrong for being upset and a tad angry?
