Kenny birthday in Glowing world

Kenny’s birthday party went well. It’s funny, Izi, Brent, and Svea weren’t there. It’s interesting to see who will and won’t show up for you and when.

My cake was amazing. People from where I used to live showed up, which is nice. I still have stronger friendships with those people than the people here. Interesting.

Grace’s Granny passed away. What a beautiful soul she was.

I smoked so much pot on Sunday that on Monday I had a brain fog still. Today I feel better.

Kenny skipped breakfast this morning because he wants to start losing weight, but doesn’t want to give up so many carbs yet.

I’ll go back to running tomorrow. Today is journal day. I got a call-back from the credit union I applied for a job at. I left a message for her. I’m hoping that that will turn into an interview. I expect it will.

I’m going to get physically strong this year. I’m going to advance my career. I’m going to strengthen my friendships, build my finances, and make my mind as relaxed and powerful as possible. It’s amazing what a person can do when they focus on stuff on purpose.

This Saturday, Kenny and I teach in the Bay at our favorite venue. That will be fun.

My grandfather’s dementia is getting worse. He needs full-time care, and is more lost more often. I should make him a video. That would be cute.
