Goldfish in Adventures in paradise

I got a little bit upset last night. Damn my caring nature.
Ayden decided that one of his goldfish was sick, as it wasn't smimming as happily as the other fish and he didn't want it to die in the tank and poison the other fish. So he took it upon himself to get the fish in a bag of water and place the bag in the freezer.
It was pretty upsetting sitting there in the loungeroom (which is one side of the kitchen) knowing that poor fish was dying gradually as the water froze around it. He told me to respect his wishes and not remove the fish from the freezer.
Ayden's logic is that he's had many aquariums and freezing goldfish is the most humane way to kill them, as they are cold-blooded creatures. After much arguing with him, he even went online to prove to me why he was right.
I suggested that he put the fish in my little fishtank to see if it'd come good, but nope, he was adament that he was killing his pet.
I haven't been game to look in the freezer, because I swear to God he won't have removed the poor little thing.
It still annoys me because he has no sense of compassion and doesn't give a damn about how anyone else feels. I would've preferred to not even know about it, but NO he has to vocalise everything. Although if I'd stumbled across a frozen goldfish in the freezer, I probably would've been very confused.
My landlord is being very fucking weird as well, not even letting Ayden have male friends over because he gets jealous. Ayden showed me some of the text messages he sends him throughout the day while he's at work. Crazy. It's so pathetic and stupid, really. As if anything had a chance of happening. And my landlord keeps changing his mind about job offers and such, so who knows when the hell he's leaving or if he even is at all.
Jury duty will be tomorrow now it looks like. So annoying this stuff, having to check every day to see if I'm needed the following morning. Ergh, so getting out of it next time.
