Just Saying Hello... in Just Thinking Out Loud

Just a brief intro -- I’m a 60+ year old woman, married for over 40+ years, have two adult children, four grandchildren and a sweet German Shepherd rescued dog. For many years our family lived on a mini-farm complete with a myriad of animals and a thriving organic garden. Like many others, I am a displaced OD member who wrote on the site for over 10 years. It was a great experience, and I feel blessed that I had the opportunity to meet some wonderful friends. Although I no longer write as much as in years past, I’m happy to have found this site which will enable me to keep in touch with former ODers and others who write here. Technology truly opens many doors to us.
