Investigating automatic assumptions in Random Thoughts

and recurring stories (those pesky ways that life seems to play out all the time, you know when you tell yourself, this always happens)

Another week of school left. Yikes. Generally there are three between thanksgiving and winter break, but this year there are four.

I am digesting emotions right now. I don’t think i have my ideas clearly in place yet, i might need to chat with someone to find clarity.

It has to do with some automatic assumptions and recurring stories i have about myself in a certain relationship experience. I will find my clarity and learn- work on stating my needs and not changing myself for another person or an ideal i’ve wanted for a long time.

I don’t have the time now, but i hope starting this will give me the motivation to write some more.
