an occassional dream in The Wonderland Years: 2014. Done.

well, again. they're all occasional. thank you david bowie. [no I love bowie. big fan].

um but yeah.

for the past month or so I've been having these vivid dreams. that actually don't terrify me. so yay. I actually want. to go to sleep.

yeah so um. evan was in the most recent one. erm. he's been in a few. my friend Mark was in one..........my ex has been in a few.......

yeah but anyway back to the most recent one. so I was in my bed at my place. or maybe I was on my sofa. and evan phoned and i'm all 'hi?' and he's 'hello?' and then says something about jail. and yet he was like. right in front of me at my place when he phoned me from a pay phone and then a um. cell.

this was all in the dream.

yeah so I know why I had that dream. bc I've been blogging about him in here. pretty simple stuff. but I've never had a dream about him phoning me.

yay i get to be miss dream interpreter lady.

he hasn't actually phoned me in a month so when I thought about the dream i'm like oh yeah of course. communication. [or lack thereof in the waking world as evidenced by the fact that we've not been in contact]. and so I think he might phone me. soon. as in sooner than march 10th. I hope. hmum. ............. and so since we've not been in contact this is his only way of reaching me is via the dream.

yeah so I looked it up and according to http://psychology1.knoji.com/phone-calls-in-dreams-interpretations-and-meanings/ : 'Often, when there are lingering emotional or mental attachments to another person, living or deceased, it is not uncommon to dream of them phoning us to let us know they are okay. Or in other circumstances, they have something urgent that needs to be shared and that urgency is made manifest in the dream state.' and 'Because the dreamer is at home, this shows that the caller is personally connected, as houses and homes represent something of a firsthand personal nature.'

along w/ 'Black Phone- A Black phone represents someone whose getting right down to business and who wants things cut and dry, to tell it like it is. It can also represent discretion. Messages are direct but are also discreet. I would take note of the importance of the call and to recognize it is meant to be kept to themselves.'
