One more in At the foot of the hill

Today will be the fourth morning in a row that I get to sit in a doctor or hospital waiting room. It seemed like nothing was happening and last week drug by. No so this one. I saw the dental hygienist Tuesday. Wednesday he had the CT scan. Yesterday, visit with the cardiologist. Today the surgeon. After this we will probably get an appointment for the triple bypass and valve replacement.
Unless we get more surprises, the surgery will probably not happen for awhile…but the way they fast-tracked the visit with the surgeon, I’m not so sure.
