NoJoMo 23 Prompt 1: Write about the hardest decision you have had to make.

NoJoMo 23 Answer 1: Still in the process, honestly. The question and struggle of how to honestly deal with my marriage is “the hardest decision”. I mean… Wife and I? Decent friends! But… romantic love? No. Sexual Encounters? No. Affection or Intimacy? No. So… it just seems like I have a bunch of reasons to walk but… yeah, hardest decision ever.

NoJoMo 23 Prompt 2: If you could go back in time and change one thing from your past, what would it be?

NoJoMo 23 Answer 2: Honestly, if I could only change ONE thing.... ONLY ONE THING… I would have made a stronger attempt to keep my body healthy. In other words, after being diagnosed with a Chronic Pain disorder, instead of kind of “falling into it” I would have tried to get a physical trainer, personal therapy coach to try to keep my body active.
