'so in other happenings' part 3: 'science', chipotle, evita, dwc show. close talkers. voc rehab, hungover, weird scheduling, compliments. in The Wonderland Years: 2014. Done.

again. a continuation of my 'so in other happenings' entries.

yeah so the other day I came across the word 'science' [it was an entry i'd downloaded from FOD regarding Evan. he's a science person] and for 5 mins. i'm like 'is that a word? that's a word right? cause it doesn't like a real word'. yeah i'm not much of a science person. I mean I don't. not. like it but I don't prefer it.

So I went to chipotle over the weekend. cause whenever I watch Glee [online] I get chipotle. and the lady knew my order. well she asked. she's like 'you want chips guac right?'. yes. yes I do. now whenever I get a quesadilla I can't not have um ranch [no not ranch. sry that's for fries. I really like fries. um] sour cream* w/ it.

• talking of watching tv online. I've discovered a new [well it's new to me] site where you can watch tv online and it's free and they don't make you download anything. oh and it has a lot of tv shows and all the episodes. for those interested. it's watchtvseries.net. I really like tv. -

yeah so last month my mom I went and saw Evita downtown. the show I mean not the lady. er obviously. being that she's dead. and also even if she weren't CO doesn't seem a likely place for her to go to. so yeah the show. it was really good. it's about Eva Peron the first lady of Argentina. she was um. promiscuous and so she sexually worked her way up and so she married Juan Peron. [what I mean is she had sex w/ lots and lots of men and the last one was Juan]. oh they mentioned Che Guvera [sp?]. I guess according to my sister back in the '50's/'60's people didn't like him bc he was different and wanted to change things. well that's how the '60's were. I used to think he was Mexican bc when we - oh. my family and I again that. 'we' - were in Mexico there was his image in a lot of places. but no. he's Argentinean. I also used to think Eva Peron had been murdered since evidently a lot of people didn't like her. no. she died from/of?, ovarian cancer. [although Veronica Guerin was murdered. the, irish journalist for those uninformed. that was a boring movie]. which is how the show started actually. w/ her funeral. they showed b&w footage from the time so that was pretty cool. they did that in 'betty blue eyes' too. oh that show was darling! omygod.

• oh 'betty blue eyes' was a show my mom & I saw w/ my mom last time we were in London. it was set in the '40's so they had air raids. they showed b&w footage of Princess Margaret getting married. um. the show was about rescuing a pig. -

anyway evita. it went backwards in the story telling as the show moved. forward/s. just like 'once upon a time'. I really like that show. in evita in the beginning the ladies did a slow sad tango. I. think. that was interesting. she went to Buenos Aires [oh she was also a dancer not sure what kind] and there she sang that song and she sounded. so alive. that's why I want to go to Buenos Aires. evidently. cause it seems like such a warm friendly place. so alive. just like me.

• oh so on that note the travel one. so my mom and I aren't going to Holland. well not this yr. but her choir's going to Seattle and I might go w/ them don't know. and my mom and I might go to London next winter. might. [where I've already been twice. no I have nothing against London in fact I love/d it. I'm just stating a fact]. -

so yeah. evita. that's also why I want to go to Italy. I also hear people talk w/ their hands which I do a lot of. and I know how to make caprese. I mean not that those 2 are mutually exclusive but while i'm on the topic.

so evita was good.

so talking of shows. my mom's choir the dwc had a show the other week. my mentor [Jessica] and her boyfriend [shaun] came. he's not as tall as I thought he'd be. she's 5'7 and he's like. 6'1. i'm 5'4. their show was good as usual. they sang um. 'these dreams', 'like a prayer', 'can't make you love me', 'little shop of horrors' um. I forgot what else. Shaun's nice, really quiet. well at least he's not rude and loud lol. oh my grandfather also came.

• so I had a bar friend Markus who's like, 6'2, 6'3. guy's got long legs. and he's one of those tall thin people. so one day I mentioned this to him and he spreads his legs out so he shortened himself. it wwas funny. -

• yeah so before my mom's show my mom's friend Karen came and talked to my grandfather and me. er and I I mean. and we were sitting on the church benches. she wwas leaning over the one in front of us to talk to us. I didn't like that plan. yeah when I was at bath bodyworks the other day the lady a close talker wwas all "hi! what can I help you find?!" ok i'm inattentive honey not.........you know. i'm standing right here you don't have to shout. my mom does that but it's for effect and it's funny. yeah I don't like close talkers.

so this has nothing to do w/ anything really other than positioning. I don't like it when people are right behind me. like, direcly. i'm all prepared to jab them and if that ever happens then i'm sorry. so at the mall when i'm sitting on their comfortable soft bench. thingys. I always turn to face the people that are walking. [ok so there's the mall entrance and then a few ft ahead the benches. it's the entryway thingy]. -

So Jessica and I usually meet on Thurs. but the week my mom and I saw evita we met on the wwed. prior bc the show was Thurs. and we met from 1:45 - 4:45 I. think bc Jessica got out of class at 1:45. and that day we went to talk to the voc rehab lady joelle. she thinks it's better for us to wait until I've moved and i'm settled and such before I get a job. I felt like joelle was rushed and she didn't listen though I could be misreading her. yeah so our schedule was weird.

which always puts me out a bit.

um. so i'm thinking a night job. which i'd be ok w/. being that i'm nocturnal and all. behind the scenes somewhere quiet where I don't have to talk to people. evidently w/ SSI [which i'm still on btw] you're only allowed to make a certain amount and if you make more than that then it um. lessens the SSI amount you get. it's not really about how much you work [wwhich is something like maybe 2 days of what people's work schedule'd be. people who aren't on SSI I mean. I don't like using the terms 'normal\'regular' since that implies there's 'abnormal'\'irregular' in those situations. oh so 2 days and a few hrs. of the next].

yeah so that Thurs. I was hungover. i'm usually not but I hadn't been drinking that much other than sips of whiskey in like. 3 months. so it really hit me.

um so yeah. that's it I think.
