NoJoMo 10 in Book Five: Working Through the Maze 2018

Little late on this. Weekend was busy with Pain, lol.

NoJoMo 10 Prompt 1: You have your dream career, with all the perks, and a signed contract. Six weeks later, you find out the one person you absolutely despise is your company CEO. What is the backstory? How do you handle the situation?

NoJoMo 10 Answer 1:
This is difficult as it requires me to select one person that I absolutely despise. So there could be Aku, Steve King, Donald Trump, my previous bosses… all of which would require different responses. As the easiest would be Aku, we’ll go with that.

Lets say that I open my Bar Franchise and stay an attorney but then Aku becomes some political or financial big wig in the area with enough influence to control voters and investors. That would be a sticky situation, indeed. Either, she’s better… we can build a professional friendship… or she is still crazy… and that would be stressful as hell. Also possible… she is still crazy, and still wants me… which would be complicated as hell. Or she is better and still wants me… which, with my current lifestyle issues, would pose numerous ethical problems for me.

NoJoMo 10 Prompt 2: If you could meet any fictional character, who would it be?

NoJoMo 10 Answer 2: I actually put a LOT of thought into this because.... I know a lot of fiction and there would be so many options. But ultimately? Krev’Lorne’Swath of the Deathwok Clan. AKA The Host. AKA Lorne! The empathy lounge-singing demon from Angel. Lorne is an absolute treat and a lovely creature who wants to help people and can read their aura/see their future when they sing Karaoke. He’d be fun to know and I’d always appreciate a reading.
