5 years in A Day in the Life of Me

Yesterday marked 5 years at my job.
Didn’t really think I would be there that long lol.
Somedays I still think I won’t be there much longer, as people are really starting to get under my skin there. Mostly customers… It’s really annoying to me how quickly I get annoyed lately at them too. I try hard everyday… but i swear the harder I try, the faster it happens…
Especially when the ones with the attitude, are also people who working in bloody retail… I always try my hardest to ensure I am not THAT customer when I go into stores because I know what its like…
Oh well…
Plus side, I get a weeks vacation this winter… which should be interesting, as all of us with the exception of our part time/casual guy get winter vacation, so scheduling should be fun lol.
My manager is also looking at changing my schedule so that I have halloween off. Right now I am scheduled to work till 8, but D’s best friend is going to be here, with his misses and their youngest, and she has informed them that if she’s going to be here for halloween, she wants to do a proper trick or treat, and, i kinda want to got take her lol.
Gives me an excuse to dress up :p
