Here We Are in Thirty-Three

I haven’t written in a few weeks. Things are good. As good as they can be anyway. Our trip was great, I have an entry dedicated to that trip in the drafts section of here…just need to finish it.

Randy went back to work Thursday and hasn’t been back since. He hurt his wrist/hand somehow while working with his mouse. So it’s been a few weeks and he still hasn’t gotten to where we know what exactly happened.

He felt/heard a pop from his thumb to his wrist and the swelling started immediately, as did the pain. That happened Thursday evening, Friday morning he woke up in EXCRUCIATING pain and it’s just been a slide since there.

Been to the ER, Orthopedic clinic, his primary dr and finally had an MRI last wednesday. We will know on Thursday of this week. This happened on October 25th…why does it take so fucking long for anything to get done in a healthcare setting.

Oh it doesn’t help that the Dr who is taking care of him through Tucson Orthopedic went to Italy for 2 weeks. SERIOUSLY.

Everything else is chugging along nicely I suppose.

It’s cold, it’s windy. That’s about it.

I’ll try to finish that trip post soon. I’m just overly exhausted from Doing almost everything over here. sigh. Anyway, have a good one.
