um. how i'm doing otherwise. setback tbi smell headaches other. headaches anxiety restless. list. from sept. 18th. in 2018

ok again. a bit of a delayed entry:

‘ um. so here’s how i’m doing otherwise.

  1. well i had another setback the other day. it was i don’t know maybe sat. and i was blow drying my hair and i accidentally held the................hair, dryer too close to my head and bumped it a bit.

  2. oh yeah i’ve been doing that more now. washing my hair i mean. i have this little spray bottle..............

  3. i’ve been eating. well. i’ve been eating more often not neccessarily eating more of. like a variety of food. except for when i’m at my mom’s. sometimes i eat all my food groups there.

  4. oh yeah so as i might’ve mentioned. i go on for another filling on thurs. and i have a perio appt. next............um............wed. won’t take meds for it the filling of course. they again don’t work for me and they’d have to be documented. so yeah no.

  5. um.................things at the house are ok - good. i’m still being responsible. well. for the most part. not always in the kitchen. well but i do put my things away when i’m done w/ them

  6. right so my new house/roommate moved in.............like feb. i think it was. patti. she’s loud stays out of my way. can’t actually hold a conversation. yeah that’s not her functioning level. she’s alrite.

  7. i’ve been well. i.............so normally cologne doesn’t bother me. but the other night i could smell it and it gave me such a headache. jasmine room spray to the rescue! thank god.

  8. right so on the above. i’ve had. well more tension headaches. and i’ve cried a bit over this whole. mentor thing. and i’ve been more anxious.

  9. like i said i’ve been more anxious. and restless. it’s like when i’m ready for bed [not sleep. bed there’s a difference] i can’t calm down. well last night it was better.

  10. so right the tbi thing. well also. i had the temp. thing again. the temp. thing being. where i’m uncomfortably warm for a few days. omygod.

  11. um. my depression’s been. well it’s been worse actually. but not to the point where well i’ve stayed in bed for 5 days. no that hasn’t happened for a few wks.

12.. i am. getting ready for the holidays. i know already? i actually started doing that over the summer.

  1. i’m put out by my psych. for the same reason i’m put out by most people. the advice thing.

  2. and i still have that buzzing tinnitus thing goin on.

  3. um..............maybe there was more? ‘
