Heads up, if anyone sees this soon: asteroid intercept in The Amalgamated Aggromulator

May I have your attention please.
The Japanese space agency JAXA deserves respect. They flew Hayabusa. (I recommend the movie of the same name.)
(And they flew IKAROS, by the way. Respect. Deep respect.)
Now Hayabusa 2 is approaching its destination. .
Between midnight and 12:30 a.m. EDT Friday, or between 9 and 9:30 p.m. PDT tonight, or, in short, about four hours from the time I post this… the spacecraft is about to (if all goes well) place two rovers on the asteroid Ryugu.
You can watch the action - peacefully. If you go to this page, you’ll see that a photograph is coming in once every 29 minutes as the spacecraft makes the approach.
Get some green tea or some sake. Settle in.
Meanwhile if I find any other way of following this, any commentary, etc., I’ll come back and put in the links.
