Smoke and Fired in Second 1st

Some point early on Glenn cam around with the OT sign on sheet. I told him that I was ging to opt our of signing it at all because The FMLA paper (That should be approved Monday) Is going to say I’m restricted to weekends. That I had no intention of saying I would be there because I don’t want to have to call an cancel everyday I sign up for because I will. He seemed okay, knowing I am not well, though he still doesn’t get it’s an all the time thing. ......

Anyways, Jerry came by later and said “I’m going to give everyone a day off in a rotation of 4. One person each day. Glenn picked Tuesday and Matt Thursday. Do you want Monday or Wednesday” “That’s not going to work, I have no intention of being here for any of them. I told you about that FMLA yesterday. It’s just unfortunate that being on the weekends you won’t get anything about it till Monday. It only took 3 days last time. “ “If that paper doesn’t come in you know you can be fired right?” He’s blowing smoke here. I half called him out … he knows I know… “Jerry isn’t it retro active? So if it comes in Monday.... or Tuesday I’m covered for the week and all the days since the claim started being as they were all on weekdays” Him back peddling “Yeah, I just want to let you know I’ll support you as long as I can but if that paper doesn’t come in Monday” “I’ll take my chances Jerry”..........

So, I could be fired.... that’s not even close to true. Being as there is already a report in place. If I take another day it gets sent to Reed group for approval. They call the doc and the doc says “Oh shit, yeah, she can’t do more than 36 hours”..... or some such.... I have been told that.... I’ve also already gone over the 3 days and been approved for one I had already taken. This scare is not going to get me to come to work. Doc says take the time off I’m doing it. in fact I need to call her anyways because she was talking about putting me in a PT of some kind but dropped it talking about my work hours. I’m sure that after a couple weeks I’ll start doing better but FMLA is in 3 month periods/??/ So I’ll have 4 days off a week again and could probably manage.

Shot Krystal a message to hang Monday Morning (after she gets out of work). Confirmed. I want to tell her all about this crap.
